He was Killed In Action, November 26, 2005
while serving his country in IRAQ.
He was an honorable man and an outstanding professional Marine.
MSgt. Brett received the Bronze Star with "V" device. The
medal was given to his wife.
  
He was
assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron-372, Marine Wing Support
Group-37,
3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp
Pendleton, Calif.
During Operation Iraqi Freedom, his unit was attached to 2nd Marine
Aircraft Wing, II Marine Expeditionary Force
During his service he received numerous honors including
the Navy and Marine Corp Commendation Medal, 6 awards of the
Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal,
two awards of the National Defense
Service Medal and the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal.

IN MEMORY OF CW3 JOHN QUINLAN, U.S. ARMY
WHILE SERVING IN AFGHANISTAN
FEBRUARY 18, 2007
  
On Feb 18,
2007, CW3 John Quinlan was killed in Afghanistan when his
helicopter lost power and crashed.
He was just one out of eight
who lost there lives that day. John was a proud father of three
and a divoted husband.
He leaves behind his wife Julie and
daughters Madeline, Erin, and Keely. John was also a cruiser
enthusiast, and owner of a blue FJ60.
Some here might know him
as JOHN Q, I am proud to say that i knew him as a friend and
good man.
