I purchased the FJ-75 from the military 7 months ago.  The truck was originally sold to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia gave several of the 75's to the US Marine Corps following the Desert Sheild/ Desert Storm campaign. The Marines brought them to Okinawa and Iwakuni, Japan for use and they ended up being used by the base as maintenance type vehicles. I was here in 1991 when they were given to the Marine Corps and have waited till now to purchase one. The FJ-75 will have a Bolt on leaf over (Sold in Japan--Tested to the extremes, works flawlessly), High Steer steering (4x4 Labs), bolt on shackle reversal (sold here in Japan--will be testing to see how it holds up on the
trail), 35x12.50 BFG MT's on Champion Beadlocks, and factory Toyota Lockers when I'm finished. Later plans are to build a small cage in the back with an air system throughout

92 FJ 80
Almost too wide for Black Bear Pass. I had my pucker factor going though. Thank God for the ARB lockers. About three inches of my rear Mickey was all that was on the ledge after the photo looking out the windsheld. Pretty narrow for the Beast. The guys behind us on 4 wheelers said I was nutts!
