Credit Card Payment Terms:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover for orders in the United States, Canada and Australia and other countries that GOT CRUISER? can verify billing address. If we are unable to verify your billing address, you’ll have to use Paypal payment system.

Online Shopping cart provided through GC Enterprises by COOLCART.

Credit card orders are processed through Elavon Systems.

Paypal Payment Terms:

Paypal payments are not automatically taken out of your paypal account. Once we receive your order, we will email you the total including freight, paypal fees and transaction.

Use Paypal option for International/Foreign orders to prevent delay of your order.  For security reasons, GOT CRUISER? does not accept credit cards issued outside the United States if billing address is unverifiable

Once order is received, GOT CRUISER? will email with total charges and Paypal account information where to send funds in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Terms:

USA DELIVERIES:  

GOT CRUISER? ship USPS Priority Mail within the 50 U.S. States and U.S. territories. Shipping cost start at $6.50 for items weighing less than 16 oz. The rate increases as additional items are added to total order. APO, FPO, and U.S. territories may be slightly higher. It also includes your delivery confirmation and tracking# from www.usps.com.

If item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of back-order status. Back-order items can take up to 7-14 days before item can be shipped.

U.S. Priority Mail is generally the fastest, least expensive method of shipping items that meet their size and weight requirements. Shipping time is 2-3 days. If you need to expedite your order, we offer US Express mail service. Please email or call us prior to ordering. UPS and FedEx company accounts are also acceptable for shipment upon customer's request.

FOREIGN/ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

GOT CRUISER? uses First Class International Mail thru USPS for all Foreign/International orders. Custom fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery time to foreign countries may vary depending on geographical location and carrier availability.

Shipping time for First Class International Mail is about 6-10 business days not including CUSTOMS inspection time.

All silhouette Cruiser images are taken from customers submitted photos of modified/custom vehicles. No images were taken from any Toyota media or publication.

Custom Design Artwork Disclaimer

By submitting custom design images and texts for screen printing purposes, you have given GOT CRUISER? full rights and ownership and waived legal liabilities. GOT CRUISER? have the right to deny, refuse and accept text or slogans submitted for designs that may be offensive to race, color, gender or origin.

Quality Control

We inspect our apparel gear and accessories consistently for any manufacture defects before we ship to our customers.

Screen Printing Services

All screen printing designs are done in-house at GOT CRUISER? facility.

Inks

We use Union Ink Plastisol for screen printing process. Plastisol inks do not color the fibers like a dye. Instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a mechanical bond with the fabric. Plastisol inks have one outstanding characteristic, they must be heated to dry. They will not dry, or cure, at normal temperatures. Plastisol ink contains no air-polluting solvents or volatile organic compounds. ***Do not dry-clean or iron these shirts.

Return and Exchange Policy for Apparel:

All apparel are made to order and sales are final. No full refund is accepted.

Since all apparel orders are made to order, returns and exchanges (different color or size) are subject to 25% restocking fee. The restocking applies to ordering the wrong size, color or design. Customer is responsible for returning shipment charges and re-shipment charges. We must receive the returned apparel within 7 days of notification. Failure to return apparel after the due date is subject to full charge amount of original amount of merchandise including shipping/handling charges.

All product merchandises must be in original re-sellable condition and has not been used or washed. There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipment charges on returning product.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Any unauthorized return charges will be the sender's responsibility.

If the apparel/merchandise is defective upon receipt of order, we will exchange the item at no charge to you including shipping/handling fees. You must return and ship the defective item to us.
